Account & Personal Data Deletion
Use this page to permanently delete your Spinamic account. Your account and all data, including wear records, are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account and all data, including wear records, are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. This includes your profile (name, email, password, date of birth, gender, height, weight, diagnosis name, notes), wear sensor records, daily results, app state records, calibration data, and paired device ID.
- All links with guardians and doctors are removed, so they can no longer see your records. Your push notification token is deleted.
- Your existing sign-in token is rotated and invalidated. You will not be able to sign in to the app or this site afterward.
- The same email address becomes available again for new registrations.
Signed up with Google or Apple?
Accounts created with Google or Apple sign-in have no password, so they cannot sign in with the form below. Delete your account in the Spinamic app from Settings → Delete account after signing in with the same Google or Apple account. If you no longer have the app, email paul@spinamic.me from the email address of your Google or Apple account with the subject “Account deletion request”, and we will delete your account after confirming it is yours.
